Postage Confectionaries and Custom Orders

HouseOfChevy is now accepting UK postage requests!

Many of you have shown love and support for baked goods from HouseOfChevy and this is now being extended to the website to streamline orders on the following goods:

Please use the below inquiry form to let me know:

• When the order is needed
• Item you wish to order (including quantity, type, and any additional options)

Unfortunately, allergies and custom orders cannot be accommodated for at this time. Please note that all products are made in kitchens that handle all known allergens.

All items will be delivered by first class Royal mail postage once your order and payment are confirmed - charges may vary according to size of order.

Collection and customised orders are reserved for HOC priority members and pre-booked events only.

Please note that perishable goods are not eligible for returns and/or refunds once dispatched. Cancelled orders that have been already made are subject to a 50% fee. To avoid disappointment, please allow up to 48hrs to cancel an order, and an unquantifiable amount of sass being received for creating food waste if you cancel your order within 24hrs of the agreed dispatch date.

(that's a joke, nothing is wasted at the HouseOfChevy: cancelled orders are donated to charity where possible. But your indeciciveness sure isn't helping the problem...)
